    Athletes will learn to lift, learn to train, learn to perform, and then learn to compete. Classes educate young athletes on how to control and move their bodies safely and effectively, before adding resistance. Athletes will first focus on mobility and injury prevention, later becoming stronger, faster and more agile through the use of resistance training. This high-level performance-driven session is exclusively for uninjured participants and NOT for beginners.   • Functional Fitness

    These classes will get you functionally strong and fit for your everyday life. Through hinging, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, core work and cardio, which directly translates into your everyday activities, you’ll become stronger and less prone to injury. You’ll learn how to lift weights safely and effectively and have fun while doing it! The small group atmosphere is fun and inviting as it involves a dedicated group of individuals with a common goal.

  • Hybrid training

    The perfect blend of strength and endurance. Be stronger, be fitter, be a badass! In this functional fitness training session, combining barbells, free weights, body weight, and cardio, you’ll carve out your most athletic body. Whether you’re training for a HYROX, or just training for life, this session is for you. Build your engine and get ready to go!

  • Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) TRaining

    Whether you've never run an obstacle course race before, or you're considering becoming competitive, this class is for you. You'll work on building a strong foundation to keep you injury free, with plenty of work on the ankles, knees, hips, core, shoulders, and wrists. You'll build upper back and grip strength and be able to get hands on with obstacles such as the rope climb, hercules hoist, rings, monkey bars, twister, bucket carry, spear throw and more.

  • R3 Wellness

    Tired and sore after a tough week of workouts? Or just from sitting at your desk? Active recovery is an important aspect of continuing to make progress and gains. Generally, just "doing nothing" is not optimal and might even prolong your soreness and fatigue. This session focuses on mobility, stability and low intensity aerobic and anaerobic exercises to make sure you continue to move and improve recovery for your next week of workouts.

  • Team training

    Elevate your team’s performance with specialized training that improves strength, endurance, and camaraderie. Start with assessments using our innovative technology, repeated regularly to track progress and optimize training. Athletes will build a strong, injury-resistant foundation and engage in sport-specific resistance training to become stronger, faster, and more athletic.   • Personal Training

    Our knowledgeable trainers are ready to help you take the first step towards your goals, today! If you choose to train privately you will work one on one with your trainer, following an individualized workout, catering specifically to your level of fitness and strength. Personal training sessions allow you to get the attention you deserve and fast track your results.
