Youth PERFORMANCE Training
young athlETES WILL LEARN TO LIFT, LEARN TO TRAIN, LEARN TO PERFORM AND THEN LEarn to compete. classes educate young athletes on how to control and move their bodies safely and effectively, before adding resistance. athletes will first focus on mobility and injury prevention, later becoming stronger, faster and more agile through resistance training. Sessions give athletes a fun but structured environtment to build not only their bodies but thier self-esteem.
